Habit #2: Lots and Lots of Plant Foods

"Fiber-rich fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, seeds, and nuts are packed with vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants, and fiber that help fight cancer, provide antiaging protection and more."


So...my plan for today is to continue to get my water in (pure fresh water is best) and add in more fruits and veggies. I'm really bad about this too. So...more prayers!
