Hi Essy: I would appreciate if you could keep a link to this Sparks section on your P2 home page. After you added more entries, this Sparks posts slipped into 'older entries'. It took me awhile, technically challenged as I am LOL, to find this Sparks post.
I want to keep up with your progress with the Sparks diet, especially now that I'm back on the antiCandida diet and taking Nystatin. I don't want to lose a lot of weight on this diet, but I DO want to kill off the yeasty beasties. I'm a little perturbed that my doc dismissed my Candida test results on 3 different stool tests, while my symptoms raged on. Oh well, better late than never with the treatment to get rid of this.
