Mom Makeover



I'm reading this book and am totally loving it! It is just what I needed to get myself going...direction with little baby steps...with you working on something (and journaling it)each day.

    Obviously, I'm not a mom, but I'm a "What Not to Wear" addict. I love watching makeover shows. I've also learned lots about dressing my body from WNTW.

    so far in the book it's just been stuff that is applicable to any woman. envisioning the life you desire and getting rid of the inner negative dialogue and so forth.

    I like watching that show too...I'd hate to see what a field day they'd have with my clothes though...lol. I'm a comfy dresser all the way...lol.
