  1. Phase 1 of this diet is similar to the anti candida diet. Does this look familiar? I like how they eliminate most sources of grains (breads, pasta, etc.). People with any degree of gluten intolerance will do well without wheat based products. That still leaves eggs for breakfast. How do you like this diet?

    I would miss fruit, but cam eat most of the recommended foods (except for eggs, cane sugar sources and dairy products). Lemmeno how you're doing ...

  2. Hi Sue, so far so good. At least this strict phase is only for two weeks and then all the goodies get re-introduced...at least the healthier versions...lol. I feel satisfied and with minimum cravings...praise God. We'll see on Saturday what the scale has to say...but since I've been living in the bathroom...lol...I'm thinking that I should have lost a bit in fluids anyway...which is a great thing for me since I tend to get very bloated.
